HR Generalist in ANVI

Our client,Stobox, is an innovative company specializing in asset tokenization. Over the course of 6 years, the Stobox team has successfully implemented more than 100 projects in different parts of the world. 

The company's mission is to transform the financial system, increasing its transparency, inclusiveness and efficiency. 

NowStoboxHR Generalist, which will help develop the team and ensure high efficiency of HR processes.

Your tasks:

Search, selection and adaptation of new employees.

• Assessment and development of personnel development systems.

• Development of material and non-material motivation systems.

• Organization and holding of one-to-one meetings, corporate events.

• Development of the company's HR brand and reputation management on the labor market.

• Implementation and optimization of HRM systems (PeopleForce).

• Analysis of employee productivity, preparation of reports.

• Supporting company culture and effective communication between remote teams.

• Update of organizational structure, areas of responsibility and description of key HR processes.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has 2+ years of HR/HRG experience, including building HR processes from scratch.

• Understands methods of personnel search, adaptation and evaluation.

• Has experience working with remote teams.

• Speaks English at the B2+ level and has analytical skills.

• Knows HR process automation tools (PeopleForce, Slack, Jira)..

• Uses an innovative approach to work..
