HR generalist in bolt

We, the company "GCAR", a leader in the field of transport services in Ukraine, are looking for a responsible and energetic HR generalist to join the team. The work is remote, so you will be able to work comfortably and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year.
• Analytical mindset
• High responsibility and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and negotiate with employees and top managers
• Work in Excel, Power Point, Canva.

Responsibilities:

• support of office employees through the life cycle of an employee
• involvement in the search for key employees and conducting interviews
• working with the candidate after the interview and approval of the candidate for the position
• preparation of job offers and adaptation letters, familiarization with the structure of the company, department
• collection of documents for registration
• testing and interviewing the candidate in order to receive feedback on adaptation
• communication with the head of the department
• feedback in case of dismissal (find out the main reason) and whether we can keep the candidate
