We are looking
Personnel Manager (HRGeneralist ) whose role and task will be:
maintenance of high standards of personnel record keeping and military accounting
full cycle of recruitment from the moment of creating a job description to onboarding
be a center of expertise on issues labor legislation and HR practices
Main responsibilities:
Managing personnel records
Keeping military records
Search and recruitment of junior and middle level personnel
Conducting onboarding and exit interviews
Coordinating C&B programs related to job offers, vacations, insurance, etc.
Accepting active participation in corporate projects
Preparation of analytical data, reports related to personnel
Providing advice to employees on issues of labor law

You are our candidate if you have:
Higher education (Economics/Law/Personnel Management)
Knowledge of labor legislation
Knowledge of legislation in the industry of military accounting, booking and mobilization
Sufficient PC skills (MS office, 1C)
Intermediate English is a must. The level of Upper-Intermediate will be an additional advantage
Experience in the field of personnel administration from 3 years

Hybrid work schedule, 80% in the office
Comfortable office in the center city near the subway
Employment contract for 1 year
