Key tasks:
- Development and implementation of the company's HR strategy.
- Improving the organizational and staff structure in accordance with the company's tasks and creating key areas of responsibility for employees.
- Control and coordination of all HR business processes in the company.
- Coaching of heads of departments on issues of personnel management and improving the effectiveness of teams.
- Management and improvement of HR functions: selection, adaptation, training and development, personnel evaluation, talent management.
- Self-closing of top vacancies.
- Development and implementation of the KPI system.
- Monitoring and analysis of the labor market and wages, management of the material and non-material motivation system for employees.
- Compilation of corporate regulations, development of regulatory and methodical documents. span>
- Promoting the HR brand and company image .
- Ensuring continuous development of corporate culture .
- Formation of the wage fund and expenses for HR functions of the company.
- Ensuring the effective operation of the internal communications system.
