Eco-company "Unimed" is looking for your team of experienced and efficient HR Generalist.!

Key tasks:

• Development and implementation of the company's HR strategy.
• Improving the organizational and staff structure in accordance with the company's tasks and creating key areas of responsibility for employees.
• Control and coordination of all HR business processes in the company.
• Coaching of heads of departments on issues of personnel management and improving the effectiveness of teams.
• Management and improvement of HR functions: selection, adaptation, training and development, personnel evaluation, talent management.
• Self-closing of top vacancies.
• Development and implementation of the KPI system.
• Monitoring and analysis of the labor market and wages, management of the material and non-material motivation system for employees.
• Compilation of corporate regulations, development of regulatory and methodical documents.
• Promoting the HR brand and company image .
• Ensuring continuous development of corporate culture .
• Formation of the wage fund and expenses for HR functions of the company.
• Ensuring the effective operation of the internal communications system.
