OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:

• higher education (economics, management, etc.), additional education, certification in the field of HR;
• work experience of 1 year or more in HR, or in sales, or in the agricultural sector
• general work experience of 2 years or more
• experience in search and recruitment
• big plus — experience with agriculture or sales
• expertise in labor legislation and HR technologies related to the full cycle of personnel management: selection, adaptation, retention, motivation, training, development;
• excellent communication and presentation skills;
• high level of mastery of Excel and Power Point;
• diplomacy, developed emotional intelligence, ethics;
• critical thinking, effective time management, responsibility;

MAIN TASKS:

• implementation of HR strategy to ensure business efficiency.
• participation in the formation of personnel management policies and procedures;
• development and implementation of HR processes, management of HR projects (training, internships, involvement of students of target faculties)
• professional assessment of management decisions from the perspective of HR: provision of HR analytics, conclusions and proposals;
• management of HR budget and HR metrics (turnover, engagement, satisfaction, eNPS, risks);
• ensuring the implementation of the employee life cycle (recruiting, adaptation, training and development, retention, evaluation, off-boarding);
• internal managementother communications and employer brand;
• management of the company's organizational structure, support and support of all organizational changes.
