HR Generalist in TOYS TREYD GRUP, TOV

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious HR Generalist who will become a catalyst for change in our company. You will be not just an employee, but a real partner in the development of Good Toys, Royal Toys and ArtCraft business.

The ideal candidate for us:

• Experienced recruiter with a proven track record of attracting and selecting talent for middle and senior management in a manufacturing company or a company with its own distribution. Experience in the implementation of staff performance evaluation systems is desirable.

• Coach and mentor with a burning passion for people development. You know how to create training programs that motivate and inspire employees to reach new heights.

• HR strategist with an analytical mindset. You are able to analyze data, identify trends and develop effective HR strategies that support the company's business goals.

Your tasks:

• Recruiting: The full cycle of recruiting from search to placement, with a focus on attracting top talent for various business areas (manufacturing, wholesale and retail).

• Onboarding: Creating effective onboarding programs for new employees so that they quickly integrate into the team and become productive.

• Talent development: Development and implementation of individual development plans, coaching, mentoring in order to increase the professional level of employees.

• Employer Branding: Formation of an attractive image of the company as an employer on the market, attraction and retention of the best specialists.

• HR analytics: Collection, analysis and visualization of HR data for making informed decisions, optimizing HR processes and improving business efficiency.
