We invite to the team an experienced HR Director/HR Business Partner who will take on himself the role of creating a team from 0 and building all HR processes in the company. We are looking for a specialist with experience in both gambling and other areas of the economy.


What will be included in your duties:

  • development and implementation of HR strategy;
  • building and effective management of the personnel department;
  • organization of personnel and management accounting personnel of the new company;
  • development and implementation of HR processes, HR project management;
  • professional assessment of management decisions from the HR point of view: provision of HR analytics, conclusions and proposals;
  • management of the HR budget and HR metrics;
  • ensuring the implementation of the employee life cycle (recruiting, adaptation , training and development, compensation and benefits management, evaluation, off-boarding);
  • development and promotion of the HR brand, internal communications management;

  • management of the company's organizational structure, support and support of all organizational changes;


What is needed for this:< /em>

  • work experience of 3 years or more in a similar position;
  • experience in the development and implementation of HR processes;
  • knowledge and understanding of modern trends and practices in the field of personnel management, as well as experience in their implementation;
  • experience in implementing new processes, policies and procedures;
  • ability to work with HR analytics and statistics;
  • experience in the development and implementation of HR brand strategies;
  • excellent communication and leadership skills;
