Main responsibilities:
- creating an HR department in the company from scratch, building processes;
< li>organization of the process of recruitment and adaptation of personnel (there is a recruiter under his command);- implementation of the personnel evaluation system, implementation of competency profiles;
- development and implementation of the motivation system (tangible and non-tangible);< /li>
- support of the company's corporate culture and positive spirit;
- work to prevent conflicts in teams.
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education + specialized HR courses;
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in the personnel department;
- In-depth experience in conflict resolution (psychological additional education);
- A confident user of MS Office;
- Personal qualities: focus on results , initiative, responsibility, multitasking, high communication skills.
