Work experience in the field of HR director from 5 years. Practical experience in all areas of work: successful closing of various vacancies in a short period of time, knowledge of the basics of the labor code and current rules for drawing up personnel documentation, knowledge of personnel evaluation and adaptation methods. Ability to work in an intensive , multi-task mode. Responsibilities: Development and implementation of business processes in the field of personnel management; Personnel evaluation. Ensuring the timely closing of vacancies for working personnel; · Effective adaptation of new employees, building work with a personnel reserve; , implementation of personnel motivation programs from KRI; · Management of the recruiting process, ensuring control of the process of search, recruitment and selection of personnel, implementation of new and creative ideas in the selection of personnel; · Competent management and development of HR business processes in the company, implementing new work methods with personnel; Formation of the organizational structure of the Company's management. Ensuring the management of personnel records in accordance with the requirements of the current labor legislation of Ukraine: procedures, instructions, internal regulatory documents. Recruitment of personnel, assessment of salary levels, analysis of the labor market according to new vacancies that are opening , as well as an annual assessment for a possible revision of the salary level, description and posting of vacancies on job resources. Development and implementation of adaptation systems for line and top management. Development and implementation of personnel efficiency evaluation. Regularly analyze efficiency and weak areas in work staff. Development of a system of material and non-material motivation. Development of corporate culture and HR brand of the company.
