Main tasks:
Formation and implementation of HR strategy in accordance with strategic goals companies
Planning of personnel needs (workforce planning) taking into account business scaling
Participation in strategic decisions of top management (organizational structure, roles, management model)
Organizational change management: restructuring, scaling, launch of new areas
Building and development HR functions as a full-fledged business partner, not just operational support
Requirements for the candidate (critical):
A confident level of English (not lower than B2)
Experience in strategic HR positions (HR Director / Head of HR / Senior HR BP)
Practical experience of building or transforming the HR function in companies at the stage of active development or scaling
Understanding HR as a tool for achieving business results, not just a service function
Experience of effective interaction with top management
