We are LLCUkrainian Chemical Technologies, LTD, a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of detergents and disinfectants. In connection with active development, we are opening a competition for the position of Personnel Director

We will be glad to see you in our team if You have:

• Experience of working in a managerial position of the personnel department for at least 2 years (preferably in a manufacturing company);
• Deep understanding of HR practices and trends;
• Ability to work in conditions of rapid changes and adapt HR processes to new challenges.

Your functions will include:

• Development and implementation of business processes in the field of personnel management;
• Managing the recruiting process, ensuring timely closing of vacancies. implementation of new and creative ideas in the recruitment of personnel.
• Ensuring personnel administration in accordance with the requirements of the current labor legislation of Ukraine: procedures, instructions, internal regulatory documents.·
• Salary analysis, analysis of the labor market both for new job openings, and annual assessment for a possible revision of the salary level.
• Development, implementation and control of adaptation systems personnel.
• Implementation of personnel evaluation and certification system.
• Regularly analyze efficiency and weak areas in personnel work.
• Maintenance and development of corporate culture and HR brand of the company.
• Formation of HR budget;
• Building effective communications within the company;
• Organization and holding of corporate measures;
• Preventing conflicts, maintaining a positive psychological climate in the team.
