Duties:
Development and implementation of an HR strategy that meets the company's overall goals and strategy;
Formation and implementation of effective personnel selection, adaptation, and development processes;
Management of the employee performance evaluation system (KPI, OKR) and its improvement;
Developing motivation, compensation and reward policies to increase talent engagement and retention;
Building and developing a corporate culture that reflects the company's values and promotes team cohesion;.
Control over the implementation of labor legislation and regulatory requirements related to labor relations;
Managing HR processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
Labor market analysis, monitoring and implementation of best HR practices;
Interaction with heads of divisions regarding the resolution of personnel issues and human resources planning;
Development and implementation of programs for the development of leadership and personnel reserve4
Management of a team of HR specialists, their development and support.
Requirements:
Higher education (personnel management, psychology, sociology, economics, management);
5 years of experience in a similar managerial position, preferably in a medium or large company;
Deep understanding of HR functions: selection, adaptation, motivation, personnel development, performance management;
Knowledge of labor legislation and regulatory framework;
Experience in developing and implementing HR strategy.
