Chronomorka is developing successfully in the HoReCa sector. We are 15 restaurants in Kyiv and many unique projects in different parts of Ukraine and Europe with our own catch under the trademarks Chornomorka™, Richka™, Oseledtseva™, Chernomorka™, Chikapulya™, Kozy™, Rybak and Vivtsi™, Oysters and Geese™.

Our candidate:

  • leader, responsible business partner, able to influence his own result and the result of the whole team;

  • with an active life position and with convincing communication; /span>

  • with 5 years of experience as an HR director;

  • has successful experience in implementing - HR processes in the field of HoReCa;

  • wants to contribute to the development of the restaurant chain.

Main tasks:

  • strategic and operational planning of the work of the HR department;

  • auditing areas of HR processes (selection, interview, internship, adaptation, assessment, motivation, development);

  • development and consistent implementation of HR strategiesof the company;

  • forming the company's HR-brand, corporate culture aimed at internal and external hr-branding;

  • creating a system for internal communications in the company;

  • change management of the company;

  • control of the payment system;

  • taking measures to increase employee motivation, improve working conditions, form proposals for rationalizing the payment system and financial incentives;

  • budgeting of personnel costs, control over budget implementation;

  • creating a personnel development strategy in accordance with the goals and needs of the company;

  • organization of internal events;

  • recruitment of top managers by direct search, headhunting;

  • regular monitoring and analysis of wage dynamics in the market;

  • participation in launching new restaurant projects from "0" (Start up);

  • consulting and training line managers on recruitment, personnel management and personnel accounting.
