- -Experience of effective management of a team of workers more than 5 people;
obligations:
- Organization of work of the HR department, ensuring the necessary "search requests"; -creation and implementation of efficiency systems HR of the department; - experience in working with the KPI system; - control of the process of search, selection and adaptation of staff; -conduct regular analysis of the dynamics of the level of remuneration in care about employees: adaptation of newcomers, involvement and development of staff; - organization of corporate events and "Team Building".
