HR director in Navigator, mezhregionalnaya rekrutingovaya kompaniya

Our client is a manufacturing company. The capacities are located in populated areas of the Dnipropetrovsk region. Head office in Dnipro. An experienced human resources professional is needed to build, maintain and develop processes.

Requirements :

• experience of successful implementation, support, development of systems  wages, KPI; ?
• experience of successfully building HR processes of large modern companies. Focus on manufacturing or agricultural companies;
• experience in HR system management in companies with geographically separated divisions.

• KPI, salary;
• FOT/FOP budget;
• hr-strategy.

Working conditions:

• salary from UAH 70,000;
• workplace in Dnipro, facilities in the region;
• now the subordinate department consists of recruiters and personnel.
