We invite to the team - HR Specialist
Main tasks:
- Responsible for keeping records personnel of the Company, its units in accordance with the unified forms of primary accounting documentation
- Responsible for the preparation of organizational and administrative documents of the Company on personnel matters
- Responsible for processing personnel processes by means of the software module
- Responsible for maintaining reporting and other personnel documentation
- Responsible for preparing information about the Company's employees
- Responsible for examination of primary documents during employment (military records)
- Responsible for preparing documents for transfer to the archive
- Interaction with PFC and DFS
- Participation in the implementation and improvement of the automated personnel management system
Requirements for candidates:
< ul>Working conditions:
- Official employment and social guarantees.
- Work schedule: Mon-Fri from 08:30 - 17:30.
- Short working day on Friday.
