Key tasks:
- Checking and controlling the completeness of documents for hiring, transferring and dismissing employees; entering data into the HR system and 1C ZUP.
- Preparation of printed personnel documents in accordance with the requirements of legislation.
- Formation of a package of documents for payroll calculations, maintaining an electronic archive.
- li>Working with sick leave: calculation of length of service, transfer of data to the accounting department, entry in 1C.
- Issuance of vacations, verification of relevant documents, support of the electronic archive and vacation schedule.
- Familiarity of employees with job instructions.
- Preparation of certificates and extracts from personnel orders, certification of copies of work books.
- Support of the timesheet process, consultation of timesheets and managers.
- Preparation of reports on employees at the request of the manager.
Wishes to the candidates:
- Higher education
- Experience in HR service from 2 years
- Average level of English language proficiency
- Experience working with large volumes of data
- Skills to work in electronic systems, knowledge of 1C of ZUP
- Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine
