Responsibilities:
- Checking and controlling the completeness of documents for hiring, transferring and dismissing employees. Registration of these data in HR systems, as well as in 1C ZUP.
- Issue of necessary personnel documents in accordance with established norms and current legislation.
- Accumulation of documents necessary for salary calculation (including report cards ), preparation of these documents in 1C within the established deadlines and maintaining an electronic archive.
- Working with sick leave letters, calculation of seniority, transfer of data to the settlement department and entering information into 1C.
- Collection and verification of documents for vacations, registration of vacations in 1C, maintenance of electronic archive of documents and schedule of vacations.
- Familiarization of employees with job instructions for signing.
- Preparation of certificates for employees, extracts from personnel orders and certification of copies of work books.
- Support of the timesheet process, consultation and assistance to timesheets and managers.
- Preparation of reports on employees at the request of the manager.
< strong>Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education.
- Experience in HR service for at least 2 years.
- Average level of English languages.
Special knowledge and skills:
- Experience in working with large volumes of data, using modern information processing tools.
li>Experience of working in electronic systems.In-depth knowledge of 1C ZUP on personnel and accounting.Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine.Ability to establish and develop communications with internal and external clients.Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty, multitasking and under tight deadlines.Experience in preparing personnel documents in accordance with the labor legislation of Ukraine.Knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level (preferred).We offer:
