We are looking for a HR Assistant to join our team to ensure an efficient process hiring You will be responsible for all aspects of personnel management, including recruitment, support of personnel processes, personnel development and ensuring a harmonious working atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Searching, selecting and hiring candidates for vacancies at various levels and areas;
• Conducting interviews, analyzing resumes and evaluating potential candidates;
• Conducting negotiations with candidates and their further support at the stage of employment;
• Cooperation with management and other departments of the company to determine needs in personnel and recruitment strategy development;
• Maintenance of personnel documentation.
