HR Data Analyst in PrivatBank

Main duties:

• Analyze and optimize HR business processes, including employee accounting, personnel records, leave and military accounting
• Create and maintain automated dashboards and regular SQL queries for collecting and analyzing HR data
• Develop and update business process regulations, conduct interviews with employees of HR departments to collect data
• Test new HR processes and ensure their integration into IT systems
• Maintenance of electronic personnel document flow (KEP) and data quality control
• Prepare analytical reports and materials for meetings, as well as provide consultations regarding HR processes and their optimization

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• 1+ year in HR business process optimization
• Practical experience with SQL
• Knowledge of statistics , analysis methods in the field of large data sets
• Knowledge of the basics of business analysis and automation of HR processes
• Knowledge of business process modeling tools (sequence diagrams, activities)
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (including business language)
