About the Position
As an HR Data Analyst at Pharmbills, you will play an important role in supporting our HR initiatives with analytical data. Your main task will be to create regular HR-KPI reports, analyze survey data, create dynamic dashboards and prepare reports upon request. This role is ideal for an analytics professional who is committed to contributing to the success of a global company through the optimization of HR analytics.
Responsibilities
- Create and support reports on HR-KPIs such as turnover rates, employee engagement rates and performance metrics.
- Analyze survey results to identify trends and identify areas to improve employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with HR team to identify data needs and provide actionable insights aligned with business objectives.
- Develop dashboards to visualize HR metrics, providing access to data for stakeholders.
- Conduct analytical research upon request to support various HR projects and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure data security, confidentiality and integrity by implementing strict validation and control rules access.
- Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of HR data management and reporting.
- Stay abreast of trends in HR analytics, best practices, and innovations in the field of data visualization.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in HR analytics or data analysis.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel, SQL and statistical tools. Knowledge of HRIS and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Attention to detail: Accuracy and attention to detail when working with data and reports.
- Communication skills: Ability to be clear and concise present findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
