Scope of Responsibility:
The HR Coordinator is responsible for the development and implementation of the plans for all HR related duties.
Core Responsibilities:
- Drives all aspects of the recruitment process
- Manages external relationships and leads employer branding activities
- Support Performance Management
- Develop HR policies & procedures as required by the business
- Provide company wised internal communications
- Support Succession Planning
- Support Monthly Payroll
- Support Learning & Development
- Lead Onboarding
- Supports Hub HR Manager on the recruitment, career developments and training process.
- Creating local human resources related projects
- Act as Business Partner responsible for all departments
- Support Ukraine business in all HR and admin related areas
- Participate and contribute to Corporate HR projects
- Ensure employee engagement
Education:
- Higher Education degree required
Experience:
- At least 5-6 years of practical experience; preferably with a Multinational FMCG company
- Fluent in English
