What YOU get:
- Guaranteed rate 50,000 UAH;
- From the 4th month, we will develop KPIs, which we will prescribe together. Due to the performance of the planned indicators, you will be able to reach 70,000 - 80,000 hryvnias, but this is definitely not your limit;
- Work schedule: b style="font-weight: 700">Mon-Fri from 9:00 to 18:00,but we all work for the result;
- Working in a comfortable office, but can be combined with a remote format, by agreement;

- Mass selection and adaptation of staff with simultaneous admission to the company of 10+ people;
- Form HR processes (to reduce staff turnover);
- Analyze the market of competitors, evaluate key indicators;
- Implement programs to improve corporate culture;
- Create astrong and stable team of specialists of his business;
- Control personnel administration (of an individual employee);
- Conduct aanalysisand optimize processes that related to personnel;
- Develop motivation programs (analysis of the market and conditions in the company, evaluation of employee performance and adjustment of motivation together with managers).< /li>
