The company opens the opportunity for C&B a specialist to the next level-to the direction of planning and management of resources . Step for c & b-specialist who:

• deeply understand the structure of FOP (salaries, bonuses, loads, compensation); Scale them in the direction of resource planning in IT

• has experience in working with large amounts of information in Excel

Your tasks:

• roles;

• Analysis of FOP, payment for different employment models (including Bench);

• Data management: resource tracker, timeking, analysis of load efficiency; monthly);

• participation in the development of BENCH management system (including accounting, analytics and approaches to bench compensation); guidance;

• Active communication with departments and management decisions. compensation;

• confident excel possession, possession of the Power Query will be an advantage;
