The main role of the position:building strategic partnerships with the managers and employees of the bank in the assigned region, by provision of high-quality consulting of heads of structural divisions and employees of Macro RU on personnel management issues throughout the entire cycle of employer-employee labor relations, implementation of established KPIs

Main duties:

  • Consultation and support of employees of the Macro regional administration
  • Ensuring the effective functioning of personnel management processes of the Macro regional administration
  • Providing practical assistance in HR in the Macro regional administration issues, including talent management, compensation and performance management, conflict resolution, organizational development, recruitment, training and development of employees, etc.
  • Ensuring staff onboarding process
  • Ensuring training and development, aimed at the development, career growth and improvement of the work efficiency of employees
  • Implementation of talent management programs
  • Ensuring the implementation of internal policies, regulations and procedures for personnel management in the assigned Macro regional office< /li>
  • Conducting internal communications with Macro regional management staff: information sessions, individual explanatory works, presentations on projects and changes in the Bank
  • Preparation of personnel reserve
  • Providing consultations in relation to labor legislation and ensuring the implementation of daily operational activities in the field of personnel management in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and the internal normative documents of the Bank employer brand development
  • Participation in joint HR projects, development and automation of HR business processes

Basic requirements:

  • Higher education in the specialty "Economics", "Psychology", "Sociology", "Management", "Law"
  • 3+ years of work experienceand in the field of personnel management in the positions of manager or head of HR
  • Experience of participation in transformational processes and projects at the large-scale organizational level
  • Deep knowledge of personnel management processes and tools (in particular, selection, adaptation , training and development, personnel evaluation, compensation and benefits, internal communications, employer brand, etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine and personnel administration
  • Skills for working with textual and numerical information, analytical mindset
  • Understanding the principles of working with the employer brand
  • Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
  • Availability of competencies: result orientation, teamwork, customer focus , effective communication
  • Fluency in the Ukrainian language (written and spoken)
  • Confident user of PC, MS Office, Google services and banking PCs
