I am looking for an HRBP (office) for alocal company in Uzhhorod
Main task: building the HR function from 0 and becoming a strategic partner for the CEO
- building all HR processes (from onboarding to exit)
- recruiting (currently minimal turnover, but expansion is planned). If there will be a lot of vacancies in the work (NOT mass recruitment), there is an opportunity to hire a recruiter for this function in the team
- constant 1*1 with the team, "feel" the team and highlight problem points and areas of SEO development; mentoring of the team and the owner
