HR Business Partner in Starlight Media

Your tasks will be:

• provision of HR services, development and implementation of payroll systems, consulting and support in personnel management issues: participation in the development of personnel management strategy;
• providing consultations and support in matters of recruitment, adaptation, remuneration, development and retention of personnel, maintaining the level of involvement;
• support of dismissal processes;
• consulting and supporting employees, etc.

Our expectations from you:

• have a complete higher education;
• successful work experience at least 3 years in a similar position;
• knowledge of HR tools and practices;
• knowledge of basic personnel legislation;
• ability to build relationships;
• ability to work with various information;
• knowledge of programs Word, Excel, Power Point (preferred, but not critical); li>
• leadership qualities and benevolence;
• ability to take responsibility and focus on results;
< li style="font-weight: 400">flexibility and openness to new things;
• analytical and systematic thinking;
• high level of communication skills.
