Location: Brovarsky district (Kvitneve village, Peremoga village).

For work you will need:

• Knowledge of basic HR functions: recruiting, adaptation, motivation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience working with managers and teams
• Understanding business strategy and financial indicators
• Ability to work with HR data?
• Microsoft Office skills
• Readiness for business trips around Ukraine.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Organizing the search, selection and adaptation of personnel in warehouses
• Resolving operational HR issues
• Organizing motivational events
• Ensuring comfortable and safe working conditions in warehouses
• Functional management of the HR team.
