Key Tasks of the post:

• Development and implementation of HR strategy according to the business goals of the units; Partnership for function managers towards achieving goals through team management;
• Participation in evaluating the quantitative and qualitative composition of units, forming proposals for personnel plans and relevant cost budgets;
• Selection process management, adaptation, development and assessment of staff; 
• Monitoring and Analysis of Key HR Metric. Search and implementation of performance decisions;
• participation in the development and implementation of motivational programs for units;
• Creation and implementation of employees' involvement programs and strengthening corporate culture; 
• Systematic formation of personnel reserve: search for talents, creation of opportunities for professional growth, implementation of training programs; 
• Change Management and HR Optimization;
• Participation in the Development and Implementation of HR Policy, Control of their Compliance;
• Monitoring, Assessment and Risk Prevention Personnel Management.

• HR experience in HR from 7 years;
