Functional duties:
Directorate support:
- Regular meetings with the relevant structural units.
- Daily support of line management in the area of management of unit activities (consulting, career development, disciplinary measures).
- Advises all employees on the application and interpretation of existing policies with personnel management.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, increase productivity and employee retention.
- Manages complex situations in working relationships. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Maintains own in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to personnel management to reduce legal risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Consults with the legal department as necessary.
- Working with employees who have returned from maternity leave: counseling, facilitating adaptation upon return to work, organizing a replacement if necessary, etc.
- Supporting the employee dismissal process (at your own request or by the company's decision), preparation of necessary documents and organization of necessary processes
- Working with official and unofficial requests of employees and managers
- Preparation of reports for management and internal reports (monthly reports and reports on request)
- Updating organizational structures
Corporate management manager:
- Initiates the process of passing the probationary period and monitors its implementation.
- Manages / approves requests for promotion of employees, also investigates promotion needs at
- Ensures rotation of employees as requested by line management
- Verifies circumstances and fulfills demotion requests
- Implements decisions regarding employees with low performance.

Hiring new employees:
- Finalizes the decision regarding the final candidate for the position (provides the necessary support to the manager)
- Prepares a proposal about cooperation and coordinates it with the compensation and benefits department.
- Enters candidate data in SAP and initiates a request to the BPMS system to secure a new workplace
Compensation and benefits:
- Evaluation of the position according to the system adopted at the time of evaluation.
- Confirmation of salary for cooperation offer and promotions/transfers.
- Annual review of position evaluations with managers.
- Supporting line management during annual salary reviews.
- Preparation of compensation analytics and benefits.
- Making proposals to change and improve current processes and practices, taking into account the available budget.
- Providing expert-level consultations regarding compensation and benefits accepted by the Company for managers and employees.
Talent Management:
Actively involved in talent identification such as selection for Leap into Life, Bring a Friend, Fairs careers, etc.
- Organization and participation in meetings of the Talent Management Committee.
- Overseeing the implementation and compliance of improvement and development plans
- Verification decisions and implementation of talent retention actions
- Support in the provision of training to structural units and according to individual requests
- Participation in the evaluation and monitoring of the success of training programs. Control of the achievement of the goals according to which the training was organized.
Cross-functional projects:
- Coordination of cross-functional projects related to personnel management processes.
