We supply metal and semi-finished products for production, which fully meet the requirements of the manufacturer, which makes it possible to significantly reduce the cost of finished products and avoid the formation of metal waste.
One month after the full-scale invasion we managed not only to resume production, but also started working with EU countries on the import of raw materials, because we understand the value of our products for the reconstruction of Ukraine.
- Main duties:
1. Partnership with the business: Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and implement an HR strategy that aligns with business goals. - 2. Supporting leaders and teams: Consulting for managers on personnel management, organizational change and leadership development.
- 3. Talent management: Leading the process of selection, adaptation, development and retention of key employees, career planning and training.
- 4. Development of corporate culture: Initiation and implementation of programs that contribute to the formation of a positive work environment and increase the involvement of employees.
- 5. HR Metrics Analysis: Examining key metrics such as employee turnover, employee satisfaction, and training effectiveness to improve processes.
- 6. Change management: Supporting change processes, preparing employees for innovations and ensuring their adaptation.
- 7. Compliance control: Compliance with labor laws, company policies and standards.
Requirements: - Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in HRBP or similar role. •
- Education: Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology, business administration or related fields. •
- Knowledge and skills: • Deep understanding of business processes and specifics of HR in the context of the B2B sector.
- • High communication skills and the ability to establish trusting relationships.
- • Knowledge of HR metrics and analytics for making informed decisions.
- • High level of emotional intelligence, stress resistance, focus on results.
- • Awareness of the labor legislation of Ukraine.
