Main task:

Maintain and scale Kernel's position as an employer, manage brand perception and implement bold cross-functional projects at the intersection of HR, Marketing and PR.

Key tasks:

1. Strategy and analytics:

  • Employer Branding strategy implementation and development.
  • Constant monitoring of brand positions: analysis of search queries, media space, Tone of Voice and activity of competitors.
  • Working with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Social Media Stats, etc.) to evaluate the effectiveness of engagement channels.

2. Management of digital platforms (Web & SEO) style.

3. Communication campaigns and SMM:

  • Responsibility for managing career social networks. Management of contractors (creative, production, media, targeting).

  • Supervision of career social networks (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).

  • Cooperation with influencers and YouTube channels.

  • Creation and launch of campaigns to attract internal audiences to company promotions. 

4. Special projects and events: chat bots).

  • Implementation of cross-branding activities.
  • Ensuring the company's participation in various ratings, contests, awards that position it as an employer.
  • 5. Internal communications and service:

    • Centralized management of job descriptions (text, visual, video) for all departments.
    • Development and planning of communications about HR projects for internal the audience 
    • Involvement of colleagues from different divisions of the company to participate in the creation and promotion of content about Kernel.
    • Development of branding and corporate merch ideas for various projects.

    You are our ideal candidate if:

    • Have successful experience in Employer Branding, Marketing or PR from 3 years.
    • You understand how SEO, Google Analytics works, you know the performance metrics of SMM and digital campaigns.
    • You know how to manage large projects, assign TK to contractors (design, layout, video production) and control budgets.
    • Able to see non-standard ways of promotion.
    • Have copywriting skills and good visual taste.
