Due to rapid development, we invite an experienced HR Manager to the team, who will help implement Affiliate Marketing HR processes department, create a positive HR brand, support our corporate culture and build a healthy internal atmosphere in the team.
Your experience:
• HR Manager experience — 2+ years
• knowledge of HR processes, procedures and strategies
• systematic knowledge of onboarding processes and adaptation of new specialists,
• experience in building and implementing these processes ,
• ability to work with a large amount of information
• responsibility and result-oriented
• high level of empathy, communication and sense of humor
Tasks:
• implementation of strategic HR policies and procedures
• support of the adaptation process of new employees, onboarding, one-to-one, exit interview, holding team building events, etc.
• creation of presentations in various formats to inform co-workers
• participation in the development of motivational systems, etc.
