The Red Cross Society of Ukraine is the largest humanitarian organization of Ukraine, which is one of the first to respond to all emergency situations in the country and provides assistance to those who need it most.

Duties:

1. Assistance in the management of the full cycle of recruitment
2. Interaction with heads of departments when opening new vacancies to compile a position profile
3. Administration of the process of forming the organizational structure (provision divisions, departments), job profiles, job instructions
4. Support in the processes of adaptation of new employees:

- Enrollment for internal courses/programs in the organization

-  Coordination of performance review of new employees 

- Conducting surveys of new employees

Additional duties/Additional Tasks:

1. Learning and self-development
2. Supporting your own professional development in the field of HR

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Preferably work experience in the field of recruitment/HR or in the field of office management/ administration from 6 months
• Ownership Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Analytical thinking, attentiveness
• Communicatability
• Responsibility
• Knowledge of the Ukrainian language is mandatory, knowledge of the English language is desirable, but not mandatory
