HR Assistant/Recruiter in Appliance Repair Company

Appliance Repair Company, which is engaged in the repair of household appliances on the territory of the USA, in connection with the expansion invites you for a vacancy - Assistant HR / Recruiter 

The job is completely remote.
With Monday through Friday 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Time). Saturday and Sunday are days off.

Responsibilities:

• Publication of vacancies in social networks and monitoring of active seekers in the comments;
< li>Search for candidates (technicians) for vacancies according to requirements;
• Conducting the first stage of candidate selection (correspondence, telephone interviews);
• Organization interview;
• Assistance in listening to phone calls to identify errors when accepting orders and improving the work of dispatchers;
• Preparation of reports in Google sheets on the recruitment activities carried out;
• Assistance in other HR processes of the company.

Requirements:

• I am confident PC and Internet user;
• Knowledge of English at Upper-intermediate level or higher;
• Desire to develop in the field of recruitment;
• High level of self-organization;
• Responsible attitude to work and quick completion of tasks;
• Good communication skills;
• Love for people!
