HR Assistant in KANBUD, TOV

We invite an assistant to the HR department with the prospect of professional development and growth on real cases in the company

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help in personnel administration (recruitment, transfer, dismissal of employees)
• Formation and management of personnel files
• Preparation of personnel orders, references, internal documents
• Work with electronic registers and tables
• Interaction with company employees on personnel issues
• Training and participation in military accounting (under our supervision)
• Execution of current tasks from the head of the personnel department

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• Higher or unfinished higher education (accounting, legal, economic, experience in HR is an advantage)
• Attention to details, responsibility, systematicity
• Basic document and PC skills (Word, Excel)
• Willingness to learn and develop in the field of HR
• Work experience is not necessary - willing to teach
