• Knowledge of C&B strategy: concepts, types , approaches to development, relationship with HR strategy.
• Know approaches to the analysis and systematization of information about positions, their levels.
• Payment systems. Financial models of the organization, the basics of financial analysis of activity. Metrics. Research rules.
• Excel - advanced (complex formulas, work with arrays, summary tables, Power Query, etc.) Other than an advantage: 1C 8.3. ERP systems. Power BI.

Main responsibilities:

• Preparation of HR reports: collection and processing of data from various sources for analysis (staffing, staff turnover, recruitment and hiring personnel, efficiency of personnel management, labor market and compensation analytics, training accounting, its effectiveness, etc.). analysis of HR metrics and construction of forecasts based on data; conducting and analyzing research in the HR field (loyalty, involvement, satisfaction, emotional burnout of staff, etc.).
• Preparation of presentations based on reports with conclusions and recommendations. 
• Cooperation with HR partners to monitor the effectiveness of adopted HR practices and provide recommendations for their improvement. 
• Offering new areas of HR analytics in the company, as well as ways to automate the collection and consolidation of primary data.
