Main responsibilities: Preparation of reports for HR: collection and processing of data from various sources for analysis (staffing, turnover, recruitment and hiring, effectiveness of personnel management, labor market and compensation analytics, training records, its effectiveness etc.). Analytics of the Plan-Fact-Variation of personnel costs format. Creation of automated dashboards; analysis of HR metrics and construction of forecasts based on data; conducting and analyzing research in the HR field (loyalty, involvement, satisfaction, emotional burnout of personnel, etc.).Preparation of presentations based on reports with conclusions and recommendations.
