HR analyst in Saltivskiy m’yasokombinat

In connection with the development of the HR analytics function, we are looking for a HR analyst who will help transform data into management decisions.

Your main tasks:

• Building a system of HR metrics: turnover, productivity, staffing, effectiveness of selection, adaptation, training.
• Development, implementation and calculation of KPI for different categories of personnel
• Analysis of the labor fund, budgeting of HR expenses.
• Formation of regular managerial HR reporting (dashboards, analytical reports, presentations).
• Analytical support of the motivation and bonus system.
• Participation in the development and automation of HR processes.
• Preparation of recommendations for managers based on data.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience as an analyst (HR / business analytics).
• Practical experience in developing and calculating KPIs.
• Understanding HR processes and key metrics.
• High level of mastery of Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables)
• Experience with BI systems will be an advantage.
• System thinking, attention to detail, ability to work with large data sets.
