In connection with the development of the HR analytics function, we are looking for a HR analyst who will help transform data into management decisions.
Your main tasks:
- Building a system of HR metrics: turnover, productivity, staffing, effectiveness of selection, adaptation, training.
- Development, implementation and calculation of KPI for different categories of personnel
- Analysis of the labor fund, budgeting of HR expenses.
- Formation of regular managerial HR reporting (dashboards, analytical reports, presentations).
- Analytical support of the motivation and bonus system.
- Participation in the development and automation of HR processes.
- Preparation of recommendations for managers based on data.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience as an analyst (HR / business analytics).
- Practical experience in developing and calculating KPIs.
- Understanding HR processes and key metrics.
- High level of mastery of Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables)
- Experience with BI systems will be an advantage.
- System thinking, attention to detail, ability to work with large data sets.
