what to do:

• Create and control the database for accounting for the process of hiring and adaptation. analytical and automated reports in MS Excel on the process of employment and adaptation of personnel;
• to create a vehicle for automation of accounting of the process of employment and adaptation, reporting;
• develop HR metrics and organize systems of control of their execution; Experience in Dynamics 365 will be an advantage.
• To prepare analytical presentation materials for hiring and adaptation for top management;
