We are looking for a detail-oriented and systematic HR administrator who will ensure the smooth operation of the company's HR processes and become a reliable partner for department heads.
Basic responsibilities:
- Full management of the cycle of personnel administration in accordance with the current labor legislation of Ukraine (staff of about 300 employees).
- Formation of personnel events: admission, transfer, dismissal, vacations, sick leave, changes in working conditions, etc.
- Working time tabulation, control of hours worked, formation and maintenance of shift schedules.
- Ensuring compliance with labor legislation, timely tracking of changes and their implementation in personnel processes.
- Development, updating and making changes to internal regulatory documents (regulations, job instructions, PPE, staff list, orders, etc.).
- Maintenance and updating of the personnel database of employees in the system 1C.
- Working with different modes of working hours: variable schedule, summary accounting of working hours, remote and flexible forms of employment.
- Participation in the automation and optimization of personnel processes in the 1C system.
- Providing consultations and answers to personnel requests of employees and department heads.
- Preparation and submission of internal and external personnel reporting.
Our expectations from the candidate:
- Experience in the field of personnel administration from 3 years (preferably in the company with a staff of 200 or more).
- Basic knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine and practical experience of its application.
- Confident user of 1C (personnel accounting).
- Experience of working with variable working hours and summary accounting of working hours.
- Attention to details, responsibility, systematic work.
- Skills work with a large amount of information and meet deadlines.
- Communication and the ability to build effective interaction with department heads.
- Desire to improve processes and participate in their automation.
- Willingness to work from an office in Kyiv (full or hybrid employment - by agreement).
