Requirements:

• Higher education;
• experience in information systems (CRM, HRIS ETC), documentation;
• Sheets and their counterparts, survey services SurveyMonkey/Google Forms (preferably); 
• Initiative, attentiveness to details, organization, high level of self -control and time management, punctuality;
• good level of communication and literacy; B1.

responsibilities:

• Administration of newcomers and organizing their first day in the office; 
• Support of the employee during dismissal and interaction with other units;
• administration of data, their updating and technical support for HR processes in the internal HR system;
• HR DATA audit in information systems and preparation of internal reports on information systems; projects in the direction of People Analytics & Benefits HR Data Quality Control.
