Obov' connections:
- Ensures the process of registration of admission, transfer, dismissal of employees, respectively to labor legislation (staff of 56 people);
- Ensures the formation and maintenance of personal files of employees, as well as the introduction of changes related to labor activities;
< li style="font-weight: 400">Issues certificates of employment of employees;- Ensures record keeping of employees' vacations;
- Ensures the monthly preparation of orders, time sheets and staff rosters;
- Ensures keeping records of sick leaves;
- Monitors the availability and updating of job instructions;
- Participates in the preparation of the HR department budget and monitors its compliance.;
< li style="font-weight: 400">Performs regular audits of personnel files and internal orders;- Participates in the payroll process, twice a month;

- Ensures the process of keeping military records of employees;
- Participates in negotiations with service providers and conducting tenders (medical insurance and life insurance, personnel outsourcing), and also ensures timely payment and processing of the necessary documentation;
- Acts as a contact person for government organizations (submission of reports) and ensures communication with the financial by the department;
- Achieves the goals set and agreed upon during the annual evaluation process and adheres to the company's internal labor regulations.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education;
- Work experience of 2 years or more as an administrator/specialist of the personnel department in international company;
- Knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine;
- English at the intermediate level and above;
- Fluent user of MS Office;
- Knowledge of Excel;
- Knowledge of 1C, SAP is desirable;
- Good communication and organizational skills, high responsibility, attention to details, ability to work in a team.
