Cooperation with the Recruitment and HR team < /strong>

  • Collection of information from the team and creation of a request to the finance department
  • Control of monetary compensation for Recruitment/Search Services (e.g. travel compensation for candidates, payment for recruitment tools ) optimization of the budget for the recruiting and HR departments Task Tracker from various departments (recruiting, HR, financial, event departments)

HRD support

  • Help in finding available educational programs and trainings
  • Preparation of presentations at the request of the HR director

Event Management

Travel Management

  • Help in organizing travel, coordinating and booking tickets, hotels.

     

 

What skills and experience we expect:

  • Experience as an assistant manager or HR department
  • High level of organization, responsibility and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with both team and management
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Figma, Canva
  • Knowledge of English will be an advantage
