Job DescriptionYour Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring all paperwork is up-to-date and complies with laws and company policies.Ensure timely and accurate input into HR systems (SAP-HR Core, Workday) as well as efficient exchange of information with vendorsDraft and prepare legal documentation such as employees’ contracts, orders etc.Manage & maintain military personnel records & reporting (if needed, opportunities to learn will be provided)Handle standard service requests, answer questions, resolve problems if possible or support problem resolution by close collaboration with next level support and/or expertsEnsure compliance in line with relevant legislation, policies, procedures and relevant guidelinesAct as subject matter expert for personnel administration data and processesExtract reports needed for personnel administration and other ad hoc reports upon requestClose collaboration with local HR department, HR operations Team and other stakeholdersWhat You’ll Bring To The RoleHigher education - Bachelor/Master degree (in HR/Accounting/ Business or related field preferred but not a must)3+ years of relevant professional experienceExcellent knowledge of Ukrainian legislation (Labour Code)Languages: Ukrainian - fluent, English (verbal and written) – Intermediate+HRIS system (SAP / Workday) knowledgeWork regime: hybrid (office/home)Location: Kyiv (Ukraine), remote is not possible.Why Sandoz?Sandoz is going through an exciting and transformative period as a global leader and pioneering provider of sustainable Biosimilar and Generic medicines.Now as an independently listed company, Sandoz aims to increase its strategic focus, operate with greater agility, set clearer business objectives, enhance shareholder returns, and strengthen its culture for us, the Sandoz associates.
