Main tasks:

•  Consulting clients on issues arising in the process of using ASBIS products (own brands) over the phone and other interfaces using ready-made scripts/scenarios/FAQ, as well as own knowledge and experience.
• Analysis of reasons issues based on information from the client, as well as information from AENO&Perenio smart devices (crashes, logs, etc.).
• Registering requests and managing requests in Jira Service desk until full resolution and closure.
• Escalation of complex issues to the next levels of technical support.

 Basic requirements:

•  Technical special education or higher education or work experience in the field of IT
• Relevant work experience of 2 years or more (operator in a call center, assistant system administrator)
• Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level. Competent command of Ukrainian and Russian languages. Proficiency in any additional European language will be a valuable advantage
• Clear, competent and legible language
• Communication skills, desire to help people
• Experience in PC installation and phone (Android)
• Experience with Apple products is an added plus
• Basic knowledge of IT and smart devices, basic analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to store calm under pressure and communicating with difficult clients, attentiveness
