ABINBEV EFES UKRAINE, the largest brewing company in the world, successfully operating and developing in Ukraine, announces the opening of the position HoReCa key account manager.

Main responsibilities:

  • Management and coordination of sales processes in the ON-Trade channel and MRP sub-channel (bottled beer stores) in the region;
  • Execution of sales plans established by the regional manager;
  • Execution of planned indicators of distribution in the reporting territory ;
  • Working with key customers, problematic outlets, assisting senior sales specialists and regional sales managers in negotiations, critical situations;
  • Continuous work on finding reserves to increase sales, distribution and market share of ABINBEV EFES Ukraine in the region;
  • Conducting an audit of the territory for the presence of ABINBEV EFES Ukraine beer distribution, compliance with the contract terms;
  • Leading the implementation of marketing programs in the territory. Control of compliance with the terms of their implementation;
  • Standards training and coaching with senior sales specialists, regional sales managers;
  • Control and organization of optimal flows of keg beer at distributors by quantity and assortment;
  • Control of planned turnover of containers in the reporting territory;
  • Control of the process of monitoring the database of retail outlets in the region;
  • Analysis of actual and statistical data in the reporting area and creation of plans for further development.

Requirements for candidates:

  • Higher education;
  • Ability to establish and maintain internal and external contacts;
  • Good analytical skills, proactivity, flexibility;
  • Experience work in a commercial structure (3-5 years in the field of sales or management);
  • Availability of a driver's license category В", driving experience from 2 years;
  • Knowledge of the structure and methods of functioning of the local market;
  • A confident PC user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
