Task and area of ​​responsibility:

  • Develop and implement strategies and measures to protect the company from insiders threats.
  • Identify and analyze potential internal threats, including employee behavior analysis.
  • Monitor and monitor user activity to detect anomalies and suspicious activity.
  • Manage systems and tools for detection and prevention of internal threats (DLP, UEBA, SIEM).
  • Investigate incidents related to insider threats.
  • Develop and implement internal threat prevention training programs for employees.
  • Interact with other departments to develop an integrated approach to risk management.
  • Evaluate and update security policies and information access procedures.

Important skills:

  • Proven experience in the field of information security.
  • Knowledge and experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and User Behavior Analysis (UEBA) systems.
  • Deep knowledge of access and privilege management (IAM, PAM).
  • Experience in incident investigations and user behavior analysis.
  • Understanding the psychological and organizational aspects of insider threats.
