What should be done?


• Resolve technical problems and billing questions from users
• Refer difficult or unresolved issues to developers for further resolution
• Collect and analyze user feedback to identify trends and regularities
• Make suggestions for improving work processes for more efficient and convenient interaction with users
• Organization and updating of articles in Sharepoint
• Working with Salesforce reports
• Attending online meetings to adjust or improve department processes
