Helpdesk Specialist

We are looking for a person who will:
?
?engage in diagnostics and simple repairs of computer equipment;
?
?install operating systems and office software;
?
?process user requests regarding IT equipment of workplaces;
?
?fulfill requests for elimination of incidents in work with IT equipment;
?
?prepare IT equipment for new employees;
?
?perform work on equipment modernization and prevention.

You are suitable if you have:
?
?basic or incomplete higher education in the relevant field of training (bachelor, junior specialist)
?
?knowledge of the features of the functioning of Microsoft software and user administration in ActiveDirectory; features of the functioning of software from Microsoft office 20** and Office 365; the principles of the structure of information networks, methods of searching and diagnosing malfunctions of system and application software; high analytical and communication skills; knowledge of the English language (preferred);
?
?fluency in the Ukrainian language, competent writing; with a computer at the level of an experienced user;
?
?the ability to rationally use working time;?
